Karunanand Hydropneumatic Controls (P) Ltd. incorporated its operations in 1999, and has established itself as an eminent manufacturer, supplier and exporter of baling machine, bagging & baling press, bales and more for usage across diverse industries. All our machines are supplied in as stand-alone units or they are installed on site by us, on turnkey basis. We also provide spare parts & maintenance assistance.

Robust construction and energy efficient all our equipment can be supplied as stand-alone systems or can be installed on turnkey basis, depending on client's requirement. Apart from the standrd dimensions & configurations, we also offer modified products. Our facility backs us to develop custom made machines or to bring alterations in the design and specifications of various presses, as suitable for application at client's end.

With our production facility at Thane (Maharashtra) and branch office in Mumbai (Maharashtra), we maintain a well facilitated manufacturing, warehouse & logistic facility. The fabrication set-up, spread over area of 30000 sq. ft. The production unit is equipped with 25 ton overhead crane & automatic machines of latest make. Some of the machines installed a Lathe machines [ 40 ft long ], Horizontal Boring Machines [ 3 Nos. ], Milling machines, Plano-millers, Drilling machines [ 75 mm ], Surface Grinder [1000 x 1000x 750 mm], Cylindrical Grinders [10 mt long ], Welding machines [600 amp inverter x 6 nos.] and other requisite machinery & tools. The in-house design unit and CAD/CAM facility, significantly support new product development and product improvisation.
