Infrastructure & Facilities

With our production facility at Thane (Maharashtra) and the branch office in Mumbai (Maharashtra), we maintain a well-facilitated manufacturing, warehouse & logistic facility. The fabrication set-up spread over the area of 30000 sq ft. The production unit is equipped with 25 ton overhead crane & automatic machines of latest make. Some of the machines installed a Lathe machines [ 40 ft long ], Horizontal Boring Machines [ 3 Nos. ], Milling machines, Plano-millers, Drilling machines [ 75 mm ], Surface Grinder [1000 x 1000x 750 mm], Cylindrical Grinders [10 mt long ], Welding machines [600 amp inverter x 6 nos.] and other requisite machinery & tools. The in-house design unit and CAD/CAM facility, significantly support new product development and product improvisation.
